Canadian screen actress, who was known for her role as Bo Dennis on Lost Girl. In 2019, she started starring in CBSs Blood & Treasure. Her other credits include 2006's Earthstorm as well as 2005's The Perfect Neighbor. Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada the daughter of Peter Silk an academic and his wife Ilkay who is an actress, director and producer playwright educator and director of drama in St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Annas initial memories of her childhood were attending performances of her plays, and watching her mother at work. Silk produced a variety of commercials when she was still a tiny teenager. She graduated with a Bachelor's in Arts at St. Thomas University in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas produced two early plays, Seven Menus & The Kitchen. In 2009, she got married to Seth Cooperman. Samuel and Levi Cooperman are the names of their two children. The year 2009 was the first time Bo Dennis played the primary part of a succubus on the Canadian television show Lost Girl. CNN recognized her performance as Bo and Lauren in their relationship as lovers of the same sexe on Lost Girl one of their all-time favorite TV couples. E! declared them the top TV Couples of 2013.
